The Youthsmart Employer Survey is a new way for young people to find out what employers are looking for by talking to them directly, over the phone. A twice yearly event, the survey takes place over the course of one day in the Autumn and Spring and involves young assessors asking questions and recording employer responses to a pre-agreed online questionnaire, over the phone. |
